APEP VERIFIED SERVICE PROVIDER™

Trust is earned — not simply verified.

Identity verification establishes who a provider is. Professional review, customer outcomes and performance history determine whether that provider remains trusted on APEP.

🔐 Governance rule: Registration does not equal eligibility. Verification, activation, availability, reputation and settlement authority remain controlled by APEP. Production NIN/identity-document collection is disabled until an authorized NIMC/NINAuth integration is approved and connected. NINAuth's current technical guidance keeps client secrets and token exchange on the backend.

01 · Identity

Establish the provider's identity through an authorized verification route.

APEP will not request or store raw NIN numbers, government identity photographs or verification tokens through this form. When authorized, the verification flow will run through the approved backend adapter.

02 · Professional

Tell APEP what you do and why customers should trust your professional capability.

Select the APEP Assist V1 categories you are qualified to provide.

03 · Location & Contact

Provide enough location and contact information for service-area governance and customer operations.

04 · Governance

APEP controls the provider's eligibility lifecycle.

APEP review may include professional information, service category, service area, identity verification results and other lawful verification evidence. Applicants cannot self-authorize verification or activation.

05 · Performance & Trust Record

Identity is only one part of trust. Service performance remains continuously accountable.

Performance accountability: these metrics are system-controlled. A provider cannot reset, edit or conceal poor service history by passing identity verification. Repeated complaints, disputes, low ratings or poor response performance can affect APEP trust status, matching eligibility and continued activation.
